As a participating Food Truck or Food Vendor, you will have an opportunity to serve approximately 3,000+ people on the Hampden Academy parking lot.
For the safety of the event attendees, all trucks/food tents must be in place ready to serve by 10am Saturday, August 10th, 2024 and should not leave the event until 3pm. Any food truck not in place by 10am will not be able to participate.
Generators will only be provided (to those requested) by the HCDC on Saturday, August 10th.
Food Truck or Food Vendor Space and Registration Fees: Vendor space is limited to the typical footprint of a food truck. Below, you will identify the amount of space you need. Please attach a description of food and a menu with your application.
Each space will be chosen with care.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tent (if you are not a food truck).
Generator rental is available but not mandatory.
Fees: Vendors will be asked to pay a standard fee for participating in the event. Vendors will also have the option to access a generator for an additional fee.
Fee: $200 check up front to HCD
Generator Fee: $75 to rent a 5000 watt generator (optional)
